Equivalent for Linux?
Equivalent for Linux?
Hello,
I'd like to know if some of you know an equivalent application to Load! that runs on Linux. It's such a great application, I would love to see it on Linux or to see a similar application.
Thanks,

Load! works perfectly with Wine. Just try it out!
The icons will look kinda strange, but it works and you can use it normally.

Re: Equivalent for Linux?
Well using Wine possibly works but than even JD has a better performance since Wince completely emulates the application.
What I've seen so far from the Interface code which was published, there are also methods ("procedures") for linux so I'm wondering too if a native linux build will be published.
It would also be possible (for the authors) to port the code to free-pascal which shouldn't be too difficult this would allow native binaries for nearly 10 platforms with same code.
If thats too hard for the authors than also opensourcing the project would be an idea, it seems that the project would get much more attention and support by other developers then.
