Update process was started...
default.mo was updated.
Error: Cannot create file "D:\Temp\Load\locale\en\LC_MESSAGES\default.mo". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

Hi,

did you try running the Update.exe as an admin?

Delete the file manually, if this doesn't work download Unlocker.

The updater will download the current file if it does not exist.
