Download list cleared when I restart Load!

Hello,
Every time I start Load, I have to import my .txt file with the download list. For some reason, every time I quit Load, the download list is cleared. What I can mention is that I first installed Load under C\Programs, as an administrator, it worked fine, and then I decided to move it to my user directory. Then the problem appeared. Also, the download history show old files that I downloaded 6 months ago, and none of the latest downloadded files appear in this list. Any idea? Looks like a file privilege issue to me, but how to solve the problem? Running Load as an administrator again doesn't solve the problem...Thanks.
